How to Heal Your Broken Heart E-Course
This course is designed for anyone that is suffering with a broken heart, grieving the loss of a relationship, and wanting to change negative habits. This program will provide the opportunity to make changes in your future relationships that are positive and transforming.
Each chapter is designed to build on the information provided in the previous chapter so it is important to work through the course at your own pace and in sequence. It is also critical to do the homework assignments. Doing this work will help you mentally shift your relationship framework from unhealthy and negative to healthy, open and positive.
You may also find through working through this course that you have a love addiction or are a person that has issues with obsessive love. Don’t be frightened; this is far more common than you can imagine and is, I very strongly believe, one of the reasons that so many people struggle with addictions.
When healthy love is not available we try to fill the void with whatever makes us feel better. That could be drugs, alcohol, shopping, gambling or eating or very unhealthy types of love.
Through this program you will learn to change those negative thoughts and stop trying to beat yourself up for what you don’t have. You will learn to appreciate and have gratitude for what you do have, and all the positives in your life.
